Spring Service
The Spring service we provide is a very thorough preventative service where we spray the complete exterior of your home. We spray from the roofline/soffit area, down around the windows and around the base. This will help with the ingress of basic pests such as ants and spiders. We can also spray the interior baseboard areas. This will help take care of the pests that are already inside.
Summer Touch-up Service
The Summer Touch-Up service consists of an exterior spray from the bottom of the windows down and around the base of your home. Exterior entryways, porches and hot spot areas will be sprayed as well. Interior baseboard sprays are also optional.
Fall Touch-up Service
The Fall Touch-Up service is the same as a summer touch-up service. In addition, we also add baiting for mice to this service. With the cool fall weather moving in, so will the mice!
Winter Service
Touch-up the same interior hot spots, and check and restock bait stations where needed. Prices vary depending on the amount of product we use. The spring service is obviously more since we cover your house compared to the touch-up services.

The best preventative measure for this infestation is to spray the complete outside of your home – last two weeks of August and the first two weeks of September, when they begin to seek wintering sites inside structures. This will help prevent a problem occurring in the spring. We usually get the call when it’s too late!
